Denton House’s Golden Jubilee Dinner
60 Past staff and boarders of Denton House returned for a celebration Dinner on Friday 20 November. The evening included a nostalgic wander through the dorms and a ‘Denton Quiz’ at Dinner!
60 Years of Rugby at LGS
The 60th Rugby season for LGS will be celebrated on Saturday 5 December at Quorn where the home game is v St Peter’s, York. There will also be a special farewell lunch and presentation for Ced Davies, who retires after 38 years at LGS.

Leavers’ 10 Yr Reunion LES
For all OGs and OLs who left the Sixth Form in 2000. Tours, Pre Dinner Drinks, Dinner in Burton Hall followed by late Cocktails at Brown's. Tickets £38 including first cocktail at Brown's. We already have a good number registered to attend. Please do get in touch to book your place.
Fairfield’s 40th Celebrations
Fairfield became an independent co-educational prep school in 1969, and the celebrations culminate in June 2010 with a Street Party for the children on Friday 18 June, a Grand Summer Fair on Saturday 19 June, followed by a ‘Party in the Park’ style open air concert with 60s tribute bands, open to all.
